Terms of service

This page describes how OLQ actually works today. It is not yet a finalised legal agreement.

This is a working draft, not a reviewed legal document. It will be replaced with finalised Terms of Service — covering billing terms, liability, and acceptable use — before general availability.

What's true today

  • A card costs £9 one time and includes one month of dashboard access free. After that, keeping the dashboard active is a monthly subscription.
  • Annual billing is offered at a discount, applied at checkout.
  • OLQ never writes a customer's review for them. AI only corrects spelling and grammar in what the customer actually typed or said — nothing is pre-filled, expanded, or auto-submitted.
  • The link to post on Google is shown at every star rating. It is never hidden or removed based on how a customer rated their visit.
  • Enterprise is not self-serve: submitting the contact form creates a sales lead, not an account or a charge.
