A Google-review platform for UK restaurants, shops and outlets.
OLQ makes NFC cards, QR stands and stickers for businesses. A customer taps the card or scans the code with their phone, and it opens the branch's Google review page straight away. There's no app to install, no login and no page in between.
Every customer lands on the same Google review page, whatever they thought of their visit. OLQ never filters out unhappy customers and never writes review text. The customer writes every word on Google's own page, which keeps your reviews genuine and within Google's policy.
Each tap is still recorded: which card, which branch, which employee handed it over, and when. Owners see that as a dashboard, so they can tell which locations, tables and team members bring in reviews.
There is one plan, Enterprise: unlimited branches, employees and brands under one company, whether that's a single shop or a portfolio of them.
