A Google-review platform for UK restaurants, shops and outlets.
OLQ sells NFC cards and QR stands to businesses. A customer taps the card with their phone, and it opens an OLQ page — not Google directly — which asks for a star rating, helps the customer turn their own words into a clear comment, and then sends them to Google to post it.
Because the OLQ page sits in the middle, it records every tap, every rating and every action. That gets shown back to the business as a dashboard — including the gap between what customers actually think and what ends up publicly on Google, which no tool that isn't in the middle of that flow can show.
There is one plan: Enterprise — unlimited branches, employees and brands under one company, whether that's a single shop or a portfolio of them.
