Pricing

One plan. Everything included, for every branch.

OLQ doesn't gate features behind tiers. Every organisation is Enterprise — priced per branch, with nothing held back for a higher plan.

Enterprise

The only plan. Unlimited brands, branches and cards, priced per location.

£250.00/branch/month

Annual billing saves about two months, applied at checkout.

  • Unlimited locations
  • Unlimited cards
  • Employee tracking

Everything included. One plan, nothing held back for a higher tier.

Multi-location, built in

  • Unlimited brands, branches and cards under one organisation
  • Roles scoped to org, brand or a single branch — never all-or-nothing
  • Employee performance tracking without ever giving an employee a login
  • Bulk CSV import for branches, employees and cards, validated before it commits

Turn every tap into a review

  • NFC cards, QR stands and stickers — one tap page, no app, no login
  • Star rating first; the Google link is shown at every rating, never hidden
  • AI only tidies the customer's own words — it never writes or pre-fills a review
  • Every tap, rating and drop-off recorded for the dashboard

See what Google doesn't show you

  • Google Business Profile review sync, tracked as data over time
  • Competitor tracking alongside your own branches
  • Branch-by-branch comparison and a full analytics dashboard
  • Benchmark against similar businesses — never shown until a cohort of five qualifies

Enterprise-grade operations

  • A full audit log — every change, who made it, when
  • Automated alerts for what actually needs a human, not a dashboard nobody checks
  • Consent-based data handling, with retention and erasure built in
  • SSO and API access available on request, with a named point of contact

An illustration, not a quote — built from what you enter above, so it can come out negative for a very small time cost. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per organisation.

Questions, answered.

Yes. OLQ is Enterprise-only — every organisation gets every feature from day one. Pricing scales with how many branches you run, not with which tier you can afford.
Per branch, per month. Annual billing saves about two months, applied at checkout. Enterprise never bills below its per-branch minimum, even for a single-location account.
One physical shop or location, with exactly one Google Place ID. A restaurant with three sites is three branches under one organisation, not three separate accounts.
Any time. Adding a branch or card prorates onto your next invoice immediately; removing one credits at your next renewal instead of a partial refund — so your bill always reflects what you're actually running.
No. An employee is a record for tracking performance, never a user account — no login, no password, no email stored against them at all.
No — we can't, and we don't. The customer supplies every word; AI only fixes spelling and grammar. Nothing is pre-filled, expanded or posted without their approval.
No. The link to post on Google is shown at every star rating, by design — hiding it from unhappy customers is exactly what UK consumer law and Google's own policy prohibit, and OLQ's routing has no path that removes it.
Retention and erasure run on a schedule you control, and audit logs are kept separately so a cancelled account's history stays provable without holding onto data you no longer need.
