Pricing
One plan. Everything included, for every branch.
OLQ doesn't gate features behind tiers. Every organisation is Enterprise — priced per branch, with nothing held back for a higher plan.
Enterprise
The only plan. Unlimited brands, branches and cards, priced per location.
£250.00/branch/month
Annual billing saves about two months, applied at checkout.
- Unlimited locations
- Unlimited cards
- Employee tracking

An illustration, not a quote — built from what you enter above, so it can come out negative for a very small time cost. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per organisation.
Questions, answered.
- Yes. OLQ is Enterprise-only — every organisation gets every feature from day one. Pricing scales with how many branches you run, not with which tier you can afford.
- Per branch, per month. Annual billing saves about two months, applied at checkout. Enterprise never bills below its per-branch minimum, even for a single-location account.
- One physical shop or location, with exactly one Google Place ID. A restaurant with three sites is three branches under one organisation, not three separate accounts.
- Any time. Adding a branch or card prorates onto your next invoice immediately; removing one credits at your next renewal instead of a partial refund — so your bill always reflects what you're actually running.
- No. An employee is a record for tracking performance, never a user account — no login, no password, no email stored against them at all.
- No — we can't, and we don't. The customer supplies every word; AI only fixes spelling and grammar. Nothing is pre-filled, expanded or posted without their approval.
- No. The link to post on Google is shown at every star rating, by design — hiding it from unhappy customers is exactly what UK consumer law and Google's own policy prohibit, and OLQ's routing has no path that removes it.
- Retention and erasure run on a schedule you control, and audit logs are kept separately so a cancelled account's history stays provable without holding onto data you no longer need.
