OLQ

Google reviews for shops and retail

A review stand at the till, where every customer already stops.

Catch them at the till

The till is the one place every customer stops. A countertop stand with NFC and a QR code lets them tap while the receipt prints, and they land straight on your Google review page.

Stickers where a stand won't fit

Put a QR sticker on the receipt, the bag, the packaging or the window. Every code goes to the same branch's Google review page, for as long as the sticker lasts.

See which staff and stores bring in reviews

Every tap is recorded with its branch and the employee's card. Across several shops you get one dashboard showing where reviews come from.

Questions

Do customers need an app?
No. An NFC card opens your Google review page as soon as a phone touches it, and the QR code on the same card or stand works with any phone camera. There's no app, no login and no OLQ page in between.
What's the difference between an NFC card and a QR stand?
An NFC card opens the link when a phone touches it; a QR code opens it when the camera scans it. OLQ cards and stands carry both, so they work on every phone.
Can I send only happy customers to Google?
No, and no tool should let you. Filtering customers before they reach Google (review gating) breaks Google's review policy and UK consumer law. Every OLQ tap goes to the same Google review page for every customer.
How much does OLQ cost?
One plan, priced per active branch per month, with no VAT added. Cards, stands and stickers are free. See the pricing page for the current price.
