OLQ

Google reviews for restaurants, cafés and pubs

Table cards and QR stands that turn the end of a meal into a Google review, in one tap.

Ask when the bill arrives

Guests are already seated with a phone in hand when the bill comes. An OLQ card in the bill folder or a stand on the table catches them at that moment, and a single tap opens your Google review page.

Know which tables and servers bring in reviews

Give each server their own card, or put a card on each table. OLQ records every tap by branch, card and employee, so you can see who is asking and which spots work.

Works for takeaway and delivery too

Put a QR sticker on the bag or the receipt. It opens the same Google review page as the table card, so reviews from home still count toward the right branch.

Questions

Do customers need an app?
No. An NFC card opens your Google review page as soon as a phone touches it, and the QR code on the same card or stand works with any phone camera. There's no app, no login and no OLQ page in between.
Where should a restaurant put its review card?
In the bill folder, on the table, or at the counter where people pay. The best spot is where guests already stop and look, not a sign they have to go and find.
Can I send only happy customers to Google?
No, and no tool should let you. Filtering customers before they reach Google (review gating) breaks Google's review policy and UK consumer law. Every OLQ tap goes to the same Google review page for every customer.
How much does OLQ cost?
One plan, priced per active branch per month, with no VAT added. Cards, stands and stickers are free. See the pricing page for the current price.
