Questions
- How is OLQ priced for many locations?
- Per active branch, per month, with no VAT added, however your branches are split across brands. Review cards and stands are free, and there's no separate tier for larger businesses.
- Can each manager see only their own branch?
- Yes. Access is granted per organisation, brand or branch, so a branch manager sees their location and a brand manager sees every branch in that brand.
- Can I send only happy customers to Google?
- No, and no tool should let you. Filtering customers before they reach Google (review gating) breaks Google's review policy and UK consumer law. Every OLQ tap goes to the same Google review page for every customer.
- Can you help us roll out to many branches?
