Ask while they're looking in the mirror
The end of an appointment is the best moment to ask. A stylist hands over their card, the client taps, and your Google review page is already open.
One card per stylist
Each employee gets their own card, so OLQ can show taps per person. Employees are records, not user accounts, so no one on the team needs a login.
A stand at reception for everyone else
Put a QR stand at the desk where clients pay or book their next visit. It opens the same Google review page for your salon.

Questions
- Do customers need an app?
- No. An NFC card opens your Google review page as soon as a phone touches it, and the QR code on the same card or stand works with any phone camera. There's no app, no login and no OLQ page in between.
- Can I see which stylist brought in each review?
- OLQ shows which employee's card each tap came from. The review itself is written on Google by the client, so OLQ tracks the taps and never touches the review text.
- Can I send only happy customers to Google?
- No, and no tool should let you. Filtering customers before they reach Google (review gating) breaks Google's review policy and UK consumer law. Every OLQ tap goes to the same Google review page for every customer.
- How much does OLQ cost?
- One plan, priced per active branch per month, with no VAT added. Cards, stands and stickers are free. See the pricing page for the current price.
